Susan Cole
Owner and Technical Director
Susan has been in the Water and Waste Water Industry for 30 years. She has broad experience in potable & sewage treatment flocculation & disinfection. She has been involved in the supply of water treatment chemicals & technical back-up to many of the water boards & treatment plants throughout South Africa and also in Namibia, Botswana, Mauritius & the Seychelles.
She has worked for NCP Chlorchem, Sud Chemie Water & Process Technologies (currently Improchem) and Dow Water & Process Solutions and also has in-depth experience in the membranes field, specifically reverse osmosis, nanofiltration and ultrafiltration technologies. Susan’s strengths lie in product knowledge & application and customer service & back up.
Kim Zerbinis
Office Manager
Kim has worked in credit management positions at various companies including Beacon Sweets, Nestle Vending, Verimark Holdings, Ster Kinekor and AFROX.
She currently looks after the full Office management, Debtors & Creditors, Purchasing and Logistic co-ordination at Aqua Resources SA.
